This volume shares a toolkit of faculty-generated strategies to support students’ growth mindset and promote norms of incremental mastery. We elevated the voices of faculty at HBCUs and community colleges to share models of success for populations traditionally excluded from STEM fields.

The Florida-Caribbean Louis Stokes Regional Center of Excellence (FL-C LSRCE) leveraged its university and college partnerships for three years to develop customized interventions for students and faculty to address STEM mindsets and promote student access and academic excellence.
